Next Gen Buildings is a temporary employment agency based in London, UK. We specialise in providing construction companies with workers from Eastern Europe who hold Settled or Pre-settled status in the UK.
2. Definitions
- “Client” refers to a company or organisation engaging our workers.
- “Candidate” refers to an individual seeking temporary or permanent work through our agency.
- “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to Next Gen Buildings.
3. Use of Our Services
- Clients must ensure that any information provided is accurate and complete.
- Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK and provide documentation proving Settled or Pre-settled status.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any user who violates these terms.
4. Placement Terms
- All worker placements are subject to individual contracts and assignment agreements.
- We strive to match suitable candidates with clients based on job requirements, experience, and legal work status.
- Cancellations or changes to an assignment must be communicated with at least 24 hours’ notice.
5. Fees & Payments
- Clients agree to pay fees for placements as outlined in the service agreement.
- Fees vary depending on the nature and duration of the assignment.
- Candidates are paid weekly, with CIS or PAYE options, as per agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content including logos, text, and images are the property of Next Gen Buildings and may not be used without permission.
7. Liability
We are not liable for:
- Any losses resulting from the performance or conduct of a worker or client
- Delays due to incorrect documentation or miscommunication
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
